Hi everyone!

I want to make a “prototype” chapter of a Codex Inversus atlas-style book. Probably one of the principalities of the Holy Infernal Empire is the best place to start: it’s the location I have more details and art about, after all. But where exactly?

That’s where you come in!

Please help me decide!

Please feel free to comment with the specific principality you’d like to see!

Here are the topics and scenarios that will probably be the focus of the chapter.

EAST — — — — — — — — — -

NESSUS — The Emperor and the court, general history and foreign politics, mountains scenarios.

STYGIA — Swamps, cultural crossbreeding, international trades, visual arts.

MINAUROS — Exploration of a “fleshscape”, the demons (the historical internal opposition to the emperor), taboos and morals.

CENTRAL — — — — — — — — — -

CANIA — The church and monastic orders, laws and punishments, rites (funerals, marriages, etc.), prophecies, and heretics.

MALEBOLGES — Crime syndicates, vigilantism, printing press and how culture spreads, opera and music.

MALADOMINI — Country life, food and drinks, state necromancy, and zombie labor.

WEST — — — — — — — — — -

DIS — Economy and wealth, the underground and the nation-wide dungeon, issues among principalities.

EREBUS — War and military, the beast folk resistance to occupation, sports and games, smithing and weapons.

COCYTUS — Ships and marine life, what is beyond the ocean, remains of ancient eras, poetry and literature.
